  TABLE FANS
What is a Table Fan? A fan generally used on a desk or table to circulate the air. The blade size ranges from 9" to 16".
How do I clean my Table Fan? Locate tabs between front and rear grills. Using a flat head screwdriver, work from the 12 o'clock position tab and move clockwise, separating the two grills. After separating the grills, reverse the assembly instructions found in the product instruction sheet to disassemble the blade parts. Then, wipe the blade with a soft, damp cloth. What is adjustable vertical tilt? A feature that allows the fan head to be positioned at different angles to direct the air.
How do I stop my Table Fan from making a vibrating noise? Locate tabs between front and rear grills. Using a flat head screwdriver, work from the 12 o'clock position tab and move clockwise, separating the two grills. After separating the grills, place one hand on the spinner, and the other on the blade. Turn the blade clockwise without moving the spinner. What is a Wallmount Fan? A fan mounted on the wall to circulate the air. The blade size ranges from 12" to 16".
  How do I clean my Wallmount fan? Locate tabs between front and rear grills. Using a flat head screwdriver, work from the 12 o'clock position tab and move clockwise, separating the two grills.   WINDOW FANS
What is a Window Fan? A fan mounted in a window to circulate the air. Window fans are used for air intake, air exhaust, or air exchange. The blade size ranges from 8" to 16"
How do I clean my Window Fan? First, remove the fan from the window. Then, remove the screws on the outside perimeter of the front grill. Remove the front grill and wipe the fan with a soft, damp cloth. Use a mild detergent if necessary.

What are the differences between air intake, air exhaust, and air exchange? Air intake describes the fan pulling air from the outside into the room. Air exhaust describes the fan pushing air from the room to the outside. Air exchange describes one fan blade pulling air into the room, while the other fan blade pushes air out, simultaneously.
What is the difference between manually reversible and electrically reversible operation? Manually reversible describes the ability to change air intake to air exhaust by physically positioning the fan in the window in the opposite direction. Electrically reversible describes the ability to change air intake to air exhaust by way of the fan controls, reversing the direction of the blades.
What is Storm Guard™? A feature that enables the window to be closed behind the fan during inclement weather, or when securing the home.
What is Comfort Select™? A thermostat, speed, and timer feature available on Lasko™ Window Fans that uses an easy-to-use, touch-pad control that allows the fan to be programmed.

What is a Box Fan? A fan that is a square, box-like structure, used to circulate the air. The blade size is 20".
How do I clean my Box Fan? Remove the 4 screws on the outside perimeter of the front grill. Remove the front grill, exposing the fan blade. To remove the fan blade, place a hand on each side of the blade and gently rock the blade from side to side, and pull the blade off. Then, wipe the blade with a soft, damp cloth. For example, some pedestal fans may be positioned from 24.5" to 54", and anywhere in-between. Fixed adjustable height describes the ability to position your pedestal fan at two fixed heights, by removing or adding a pole extension.
How do I use my remote control? The remote control feature works best when positioned in a direct line of sight. Also, the range of the remote control varies but is usually within 0 to 15ft.
What is a Wind Tower™? A Wind Tower™ is an oscillating space saver fan with remote control. The fan is 40" in height.
How do I clean my Wind Tower™ Fan? Do not attempt to disassemble the unit. Using a vacuum attachment gently vacuum the rear grill.

What is the difference between Commercial and Industrial Grade Fans?

A Commercial grade fan is generally constructed of metal, and has a metal blade, that is used to circulate the air. Commercial grade fans are generally more powerful than other fans and are used in commercial applications. The blade size ranges from 12" to 30".  An industrial grade fan is also constructed of metal and has a metal blade, however, an industrial grade fan must have a sealed motor to be considered for industrial application. An industrial grade fan that is generally constructed out of metal, or having a metal blade, that is used to circulate the air. The blade size ranges from 18" to 30".

What is a grounded cordset?

A cord which has a plug equipped with a third grounding pin, commonly called a  3-prong plug. This cordset may only be used in a corresponding 3-prong outlet.
