Recall Model: Box Fan

There are several styles of Box Fans affected by this recall:
* Lasko or Galaxy Model 3733, 20" Box Fan
* Lasko Model 3723, 20" Premium Box Fan
* Super (Canada) Model 20BZ, 20" Premium Box Fan
* Lasko Models 3700 and 3750, Ultra and Ultra Force 20" Box Fan with Thermostat
* White Westinghouse (Canada) Model 20BT, 20" Premium Box Fan
* General Electric (GE) Models 106620 and 106566 (Canada), 20" Thermostat Box Fan

If you have one of the fan models identified above, you must determine the date the fan was manufactured by following these steps:
1. Unplug the fan.
2. Position the fan so the bottom of the base can be viewed as shown.
3. Locate one of the identification labels as shown.

If your box fan is a brand or model other than those listed above, it is NOT affected by this recall and you may exit the recall site now. Exit
